Chapter 01 explores system Python, virtual environments, Conda, and Dev Containers, while Chapter 02 explains how to package and distribute software as wheels, operating-system packages, containers, and Conda packages. Chapter 03 brings project setup, dependency management, and packaging together through uv workflows. Chapter 04 applies these foundations to a license service with OpenID Connect authentication, covering orchestration, monitoring, testing, and continuous integration and delivery.
